¨The way don Agustin handles the social aspect, the human factor of the company, is crucial. He has enormous respect for the worker. The second attribute is that he has great respect for the environment, always searching for the best way to improve in this area. Thirdly, he is always thinking about technical aspects aimed at making the company better. Working in this company includes that the farm provides schooling for the children so they could get a proper education. He truly is a person with great social sensitivity.  

He leads amongst his people because he considers them as part of his family, he is a concern for his fellowmen, sets an example to build a better nation and the fruits of his effort show that banana production in Costa Rica is carried out in harmony with the environment and with human beings.
