Education for all.

In the San Alberto Group, we assist so the worker's children can attend night school as well as to employees who don´t live at the farms, since farms only have an average of 35 houses plus the bachelor quarters. Also helping them by paying for their transportation whenever they have to travel to work.

Over 700 hundred people work with Don Agustín at Finca la Estrella and the San Alberto Group. Human worth constitutes the inspiration for the workday the determining factor for the possibility of an employee's decent working conditions and improves the quality of life.

It´s a family team effort that always looks after worker's welfare. They assist the workers and their families in seeking harmony and education for their children. There are workers whose sons and daughters now have professional careers and have received help finding jobs in different companies.
